在新机器的仓库根目录运行：
powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\scripts\install-dependencies.ps1

无人值守安装：
powershell -NoProfile -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -File .\scripts\install-dependencies.ps1 -NoPrompt
